Fly Honey Wigs does not supply the hair or closure/frontal for your unit created by us.

SHIPPING CONTENTS, INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS, AND INSTRUCTIONS
You will package the hair you intend to be used to compose your wig unit and the closure unit. If you are having a full wig created, please also have your closure included.

CLOSURES OR FRONTALS CAN’T BE SWITCHED OR REPLACED ON A CUSTOM FLY HONEY WIG.  THE WIG WOULD HAVE TO BE TAKEN APART AND REMADE OVER AGAIN WHICH A NEW ORDER WOULD HAVE TO BE PLACED.  YOU WOULD ALSO NEED TO SELECT “WIG TAKE DOWN” IF YOU ARE SENDING THE ENTIRE WIG TO BE TAKEN APART AND REMADE!

You will need to include an insert in your package that includes the details listed below. The insert can be typed or handwritten but if handwritten, please be sure to write legibly to avoid misunderstandings and delays in the composition of your wig unit.  PLEASE HAVE THE LENGTHS LABELED ON YOUR BUNDLES!!!!!  IF YOU SELECTED TO HAVE YOUR HAIR SENT STRAIGHT TO FLY HONEY WIGS FROM ANY HAIR COMPANY OR VENDOR, THIS INFORMATION BELOW SHOULD be INCLUDED IN WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER ON THE WEBSITE!!!!

  • Your name and address
  • Your contact or mobile phone number
  • Your contact e-mail address
  • Your Wig Fitting Measurements (ALL WIGS REQUIRE MEASUREMENTS)
  • The amount and specifics (i.e. the number of bundles or packs, length selections, type, and the kind of curl/wave pattern) of the hair you’re sending.  You may provide the name/location/source of where the hair was purchased but this is optional.
  • PROVIDE THE LENGTHS OF THE HAIR THAT YOU ARE SENDING ON EACH BUNDLE/PACK!  Please select the right bundle amount or you will be invoiced for an additional bundle(s).  2 to 3 bundles (6 to 12 ounces), 4 bundles (12.1 to 16 ounces), 5 bundles (16.1 to 20 ounces), 6 bundles (20.1 to 24 ounces), 7 bundles (24.1 to 28 ounces), 8 bundles (28.1 to 32 ounces).  Fly Honey Wig will weigh all bundles and send picture confirmation if the right bundle amount isn’t selected.
  • Any specifications or custom options for styling as indicated on your payment invoice.  i.e. right side part or left side part (if not stated, wig will be sent back as a right side part), versatile middle part, pluck part, baby hair,  cut frontal into closure,  trim lace off (only for closure wigs and frontals cut into 6.5 to 7-inch closures), cut/curl options etc…).  Please state this information on your order form or in with your paperwork only.  Please don’t send this information by email, it will probably get over looked.  When sending in pictures for your inspired look, only send the picture of how your hair is being styled.  If you’re doing a middle part, only send a middle part look.  If you’re doing a side part, only send a side part look.  Hair will be cut and styled to the picture that is sent.  A side part look is cut and styled as a side part.  A middle part look is cut and styled as a middle part. If a wig is cut and styled as a side part, it is not versatile.   FLY HONEY WIGS WILL NOT TRIM THE LACE OFF OF YOUR FRONTAL WIG!!!!  THAT SHOULD BE DONE WHEN THE WIG IS ON YOUR HEAD.  A FRONTAL CUT INTO A 6.5 TO 7-INCH CLOSURE IS CONSIDERED A CLOSURE WIG.  NOT A FRONTAL WIG!  FLY HONEY WIGS WILL NOT MAKE A FRONTAL WIG WITH A FRONTAL LARGER THAN 13X6. AN HD FRONTAL CAN NOT BE CUT INTO A CLOSURE SINCE THE LACE IS SO THIN. FLY HONEY WIGS WILL NOT MAKE A CLOSURE WIG WITH A CLOSURE LARGER THAN 6X6.  Fly Honey Wigs will not curl any hair 28 inches and over.  If you select the layer/cut or curl option, please send all pictures to flyhoneywigs@yahoo.com. Make sure to send your picture(s) three days before your ship date or it could delay your order from shipping on time.  Fly Honey Wigs will not check Instagram messages for order information.  Please do not send order information through Instagram.  All pictures should be  emailed to flyhoneywigs@yahoo.com.  
  • ALL HAIR WILL BE USED THAT IS SENT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED! 
  • If your hair seems low quality to Fly Honey Wigs standards, your wig will be deep conditioned and sent back in its natural state.  Fly Honey Wigs will not cut or curl any kind of low quality hair.  A refund will be given if the cut or curl option is selected
  • By placing an order/sending hair to Fly Honey Wigs, you have acknowledged that you have read and agreed to all terms that are provided on the website.  YOU HAVE ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HAVE READ “ALL” INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED UNDER THE POLICIES, PRICING, AND Q&A.

*****Please make sure to include the Suite D and box number 345.  If you are getting hair sent to Fly Honey Wigs from a hair company or vendor, please send the package in your name with the address above.  I will receive your package as long as the box and suite is on the package.  Again, please have it shipped in your name with the address above.  That way I know who the package is for since a lot of hair companies/vendors don’t include invoices inside of the package.  This address is at a UPS store and they sign for all packages. *****

Please provide Fly Honey Wigs with your tracking number information upon shipment of your package. Once your package has been received by Fly Honey Wigs, you will receive images of your hair and package contents via email displaying and confirming your shipment arrival and the condition it was received within 24 hours.

Turn around times do not include weekends or holidays!  Any wig needed before the selected turn around time, will be charged an additional fee. All turn around times starts from the date your hair is received if your payment has been made.  If payment is not made but hair is received, turn around times will start from the date your payment was made.

Rush Option Fee

Any wig that ships out before 25 business days, there is a $50 rush fee.  No exceptions! Therefore, if you need your wig(s) before the 25 business days, you will be invoiced a $50 rush fee.  The $50 rush fee is for each wig that is shipping out early.  

The normal turn around time is 25 business days.

PLEASE DON’T SEND HAIR IN BOXES (DECORATIVE BOXES, HAIR BOXES, GIFT BOXES, ETC).   BOXES WILL NOT BE RETURNED!

***Fly Honey Wigs will send email confirmation the night that your package is received.  Your ship date will also be provided in that same email if your payment has been made.  PACKAGES ARE NOT PICKED UP ON SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS.  PACKAGES ARE PICKED UP AROUND 4:00 TO 6:00 PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY! ALL PACKAGES ARE SIGNED FOR BY UPS EMPLOYEES. Packages can be sent by USPS, DHL, Fed EX or UPS.***

Complete wig unit composition and return shipment time averages 25 business days but can occasionally vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of wigs in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.

FLY HONEY WIGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TIMES OR DELAYS WITH USPS!  FLY HONEY WIGS WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF A PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST BY USPS!  PLEASE SELECT THE INSURANCE OPTION THAT WILL COVER THE COST FOR THE AMOUNT THAT YOU PAID FOR YOUR HAIR PLUS WIG MAKING SERVICES.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR WIG SHIPPED UPS, DHL OR FEDEX, PLEASE EMAIL A PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL TO FLYHONEYWIGS@YAHOO.COM.

Please plan accordingly when sending contents for your wig unit. In the event, you require your wig unit by a specific or urgent deadline.

YOU MUST CONTACT US IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF APPROVAL TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC TIMELINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT HAVING YOUR UNIT COMPLETE IN TIME, AND WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO PROPERLY NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE.  FLY HONEY WIGS WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR QUOTE RECEIVED DATES!!!!!!!

IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE HAIR TO COVER YOUR EXPENSE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE BY THE COURIER OR ELEMENTS WHILE SHIPMENT IS IN ROUTE AND ADD A SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE YOUR HAIR IS RECEIVED BY RESPECTIVE PERSONNEL OF FLY HONEY WIGS AND PROVIDE A FORM OF TRACKING ON BOTH ENDS DURING ROUTE OF SHIPMENT.

FLY HONEY WIGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAYS FOR WHATEVER UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS ONCE SHIPPED. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT USPS IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF RETURN SHIPMENTS TO PROCESS INSURANCE CLAIMS OR TRACK DELAYED OR LATE SHIPMENTS DUE TO COURIER DELAYS, HOLIDAYS, NATURAL DISASTERS.

Fly Honey Wigs only ships with USPS.  Fly Honey Wigs is not responsible for shipping times or delays with USPS.  Once the wig(s) are shipped, you will need to contact USPS with any shipping delays or problems.  Please select the insurance amount that covers the cost of your hair plus your wig making service.  Fly Honey Wigs will not refund or provide free services for wigs lost or stolen once in USPS possession.  All wigs are sent signature confirmation…No Exceptions!
