Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Fly Honey Wigs does not supply the hair or closure/frontal for your unit created by us.

                              SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING CONTENTS, INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS, AND INSTRUCTIONS
You will package the hair you intend to be used to compose your wig unit and the closure unit. If you are having a full wig created, please also have your closure included.

CLOSURES OR FRONTALS CAN’T BE SWITCHED OR REPLACED ON A CUSTOM FLY HONEY WIG.  THE WIG WOULD HAVE TO BE TAKEN APART AND REMADE OVER AGAIN WHICH A NEW ORDER WOULD HAVE TO BE PLACED.  YOU WOULD ALSO NEED TO SELECT “WIG TAKE DOWN” IF YOU ARE SENDING THE ENTIRE WIG TO BE TAKEN APART AND REMADE!

You will need to include an insert in your package that includes the details listed below. The insert can be typed or hand written but if hand written, please be sure to write legibly to avoid misunderstandings and delays in the composition of your wig unit.  PLEASE HAVE THE LENGTHS LABELED ON YOUR BUNDLES!!!!!  IF YOU SELECTED TO HAVE YOUR HAIR SENT STRAIGHT TO FLY HONEY WIGS FROM ANY HAIR COMPANY OR VENDOR, THIS INFORMATION BELOW SHOULD INCLUDED IN WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER ON THE WEBSITE!!!!

  • Your name and address
  • Your contact or mobile phone number
  • Your contact e-mail address
  • Your Wig Fitting Measurements (ALL WIGS REQUIRE MEASUREMENTS)
  • The amount and specifics (i.e. number of bundles or packs, length selections, type, and name of curl pattern) of the hair you’re sending.  You may provide the name/location/source of where the hair was purchased but this is optional.
  • PROVIDE THE LENGTHS OF THE HAIR THAT YOU ARE SENDING ON EACH BUNDLE/PACK!!!!!!!!!
  • Any specifications or custom options for styling as indicated on your payment invoice.  (i.e. right or left side part, versatile middle part, pluck part, color option, cut frontal into closure, cut/curl options etc…). Hairline modification for frontals cut into closures is $25.   Wig will be sent back as a versatile middle part if no preference is stated on the website or in with your paperwork,
  • ALL HAIR WILL BE USED THAT IS SENT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED! 

    By placing an order/sending hair to Fly Honey Wigs, you have acknowledged that you have read and agreed to all terms that are provided on the website.  YOU HAVE ALSO ACKNOWLEDGED THAT YOU HAVE READ “ALL” INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED UNDER THE POLICIES, PRICING AND Q&A.

Please make sure to read all of the information provided under the Q&A, Policies and Pricing tab before sending any  hair to Fly Honey Wigs!  

Please provide Fly Honey Wigs with your tracking number information upon shipment of your package. Once your package has been received by Fly Honey Wigs, you will receive images of your hair and package contents via email displaying and confirming your shipment arrival and the condition it was received within 24 hours.

Turn around times do not include weekends or holidays!  Any wig needed before the selected turn around time, will be charged an additional fee. All turn around times start from the date your payment is made and hair is received.  If payment is not made but hair is received, turn around times will start from the date your payment was made.

Rush Option Fee

3 to 9 business days $100

10 to 24 business days $50

The normal turn around time is 25 business days.

PLEASE DON’T SEND HAIR IN BOXES (DECORATIVE BOXES, HAIR BOXES, GIFT BOXES, ETC).   BOXES WILL NOT BE RETURNED!

 

*****Fly Honey Wigs will send email confirmation the night that your package is received.  Your ship date will also be provided in that same email if your payment has been made.  PACKAGES ARE NOT PICKED UP ON SATURDAYS or HOLIDAYS!!!!  PACKAGES ARE PICKED UP AT 6PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY! ALL PACKAGES ARE SIGNED FOR BY UPS EMPLOYEES. Packages can be sent by USPS, DHL, Fed EX or UPS.************

 

Complete wig unit composition and return shipment time averages 25 business days but can occasionally vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of wigs in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.

FLY HONEY WIGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING TIMES OR DELAYS WITH USPS!

Please plan accordingly when sending contents for your wig unit. In the event you require your wig unit by a specific or urgent deadline.

YOU MUST CONTACT US IN ADVANCE TO RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF APPROVAL TO MEET YOUR SPECIFIC TIMELINE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOU NOT HAVING YOUR UNIT COMPLETE IN TIME, AND WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO PROPERLY NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE.  FLY HONEY WIGS WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR QUOTE RECEIVED DATES!!!!!!!

IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE HAIR TO COVER YOUR EXPENSE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE BY THE COURIER OR ELEMENTS WHILE SHIPMENT IS IN ROUTE AND ADD A SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION TO ENSURE YOUR HAIR IS RECEIVED BY RESPECTIVE PERSONNEL OF FLY HONEY WIGS AND PROVIDE A FORM OF TRACKING ON BOTH ENDS DURING ROUTE OF SHIPMENT.

FLY HONEY WIGS CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO COURIER OR THE ELEMENTS, NOR WILL WE HOLD RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES THAT NEVER REACH OUR DESTINATION, PROVIDE COMPENSATION FOR THE LOSS OF EXPENSE IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY PACKAGES.***

ALL WIG UNITS ARE RETURN SHIPPED VIA UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) WITH SIGNATURE TRACKING DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND INSURED FOR THE AMOUNT THE CLIENT SELECTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR INSURANCE COVERAGE. FLY HONEY WIGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DELAYS FOR WHATEVER UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR RETURN SHIPMENTS ONCE SHIPPED. YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT USPS IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE OF RETURN SHIPMENTS TO PROCESS INSURANCE CLAIMS OR TRACK DELAYED OR LATE SHIPMENTS DUE TO COURIER DELAYS, HOLIDAYS, NATURAL DISASTERS.
